I started teaching 3^rd grade here in Friona in 2004/2005. Throughout my teaching career, I have taught  I have been teaching 13 years at Friona ISD. My passion is helping children succeed and enjoy learning. 

I was born and raised in Friona. I graduated in 1985 and married my High School Sweetheart. We have 3 beautiful grown children and 2 amazing grandsons. I graduated from WT in 2005 and started teaching 3^rd grade. I have taught Kindergarten through 8^th grades in various settings, such as, Gifted and Talented, Reading Intervention, and General Education. I have taught in Friona ISD for 13 years. I graduated in 2012 with my MA in Education Leadership. I am so grateful and honored to be the Principal at Friona Primary School.
