The most favored time for the strongest wind speeds will be between 10 AM and 4 PM Thursday. * WINDS...North winds of 35 to 50 mph with gusts to 65 mph. * IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds are expected on east-west oriented roads which will make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Periods of blowing snow in the morning could reduce visibility at times. After the snow ends by late morning, blowing dust could reduce visibility downwind of open fields and construction zones.
